IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff and clients, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the security of networks and data.
• Assist in managing servers, backup systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Respond to IT service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures, incidents, and solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to support technology needs.
• Stay updated on the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IT security practices and backup solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage time effectively.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
