Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing servers, resolving user issues, and maintaining secure IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other IT peripherals.
• Manage and monitor servers and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Ensure network security, system backups, and antivirus updates.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues (VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls).
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and access control.
• Coordinate with internal teams for upgrades and technical improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,681.72 - ₹43,963.47 per month
