IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access
• Support SAP, ERP, and other business applications if required
• Maintain IT documentation and SOPs
• Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3 years experience in IT support or system administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
• Experience with networking, printers, and IT troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP B1 knowledge is a plus)
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
