IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Monitor and manage network performance, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining cybersecurity protocols, backups, and data protection measures.
• Support IT-related projects, system upgrades, and software deployments.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, issues, and resolutions.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on IT systems and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, office software, and network tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
