IT Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Support Engineer to oversee the design, implementation, and support of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will handle systems administration, network security, virtualization, email services, firewall management, and CCTV systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers.
• Set up, manage, and maintain VMware ESXi virtual infrastructure and virtual machines.
• Knowledge FortiGate firewalls, including VPN tunnels, access rules, and network security policies.
• Knowledge on POP3 Emails.
• Configure and maintain CCTV systems, including DVR/NVR setup, IP camera management, remote access, and storage planning.
• Knowledge Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Monitor and optimize network performance; troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Perform system updates, patching, and antivirus management.
• Ensure backup and disaster recovery plans are implemented and tested regularly.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to staff across departments.
• Maintain IT documentation and system records.
• Track IT assets and maintain inventory control.
• Coordinate with external vendors for procurement and service support.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT Support experience.
