Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level IT support to employees for system, hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Support and maintain Windows operating systems, MS Office applications, email platforms, and business systems.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and permissions including onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewall configurations.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for system maintenance, support contracts, and procurement.
- Ensure regular data backups, antivirus updates, and adherence to IT security policies.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, documentation, and support logs.
- Respond to IT service requests and incidents within defined SLA timelines.
- Ensure compliance with Galadari Group IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and UAE regulations.
- Provide basic IT guidance and support training to end users when required.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and end-user computing.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, VPN, antivirus, and backup solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Customer-service-oriented mindset.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in an IT Support role.
- UAE / GCC experience is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an added advantage.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to provide on-site and occasional after-hours support when required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
