We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Engineer who is intelligent, proactive, and
solution-focused. The ideal candidate should be confident, inquisitive, and committed to delivering
excellent technical support while going above and beyond to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
●Provide technical support to end users both physically and remotely.
●Respond to and resolve IT helpdesk tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues.
●Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
●Organize, monitor, and maintain IT assets and resources.
●Assist in IT operations including cybersecurity practices, programming support, analytics tasks,
data center activities and maintaining IT inventory.
●Support and participate in calls with US-based clients.
●Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and regular software updates.
●Ensure timely issue resolution and escalate complex problems when necessary.
●Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
●Assist Technician in US Remote site to install DVR/NVR, analog/IP cameras and their
configurations

●Willingness to work in US shift timings (10 PM - 6 AM) and availability for early shift joining
when required.
●Strong knowledge of network terminologies/protocols and hardware like routers, switches, and
firewalls.
●Knowledge of DVR/NVRs, Analog/IP cameras
●Strong problem-solving and communication skills(verbal & written ).
●Knowledge of AI prompt engineering
●Interested in building routine task into automation
●Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
●Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
●Bachelor’s degree in CS/ IT/ Telecom (4 years).
●1+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support role.
