Job Summary:
Dot Com Information Technology Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Engineer / Senior Computer Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on technical expertise in IT infrastructure, systems, networking, and security solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT support and system administration
• Age not more than 35 years
• Strong experience in installing, configuring, and activating software
• Professional experience with Windows & Windows Server installation and configuration
• Solid experience in SQL programming and database management
• Experience in network configuration (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting printers and multifunction devices
• Experience with biometric fingerprint systems and attendance devices
• Experience in installation and maintenance of CCTV and IP camera systems
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
• Experience in data backup solutions and disaster recovery
• Familiarity with cloud services (Microsoft 365, email configuration, cloud backup)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• UAE driving license is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and client machines
• Provide on-site and remote IT support
• Manage databases and ensure system security
• Install and maintain networking infrastructure
• Configure and maintain printers, biometric systems, and surveillance systems
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Ensure data security and regular system backups
• Provide technical reports and documentation
