IT Support Engineer

Devflovv is looking for a proactive L1 Service Desk / Infrastructure Support Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can not only resolve technical issues but also support team growth by mentoring new hires.If you have strong IT support fundamentals and enjoy problem-solving while working in an international environment, we would love to connect with you.

Role Overview:

As part of our IT support team, you will be the first line of technical assistance, ensuring smooth IT operations while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for IT issues (calls, emails, chat)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Maintain high first contact resolution
  • Ticket logging, documentation, and categorization
  • Escalation to L2/L3 teams when required
  • Train and support new team members
  • Contribute to process improvements
  • Maintain SLA and quality benchmarks

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Service Desk / IT Support
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and applications
  • Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills
  • Mentoring or training experience is a plus

Work DetailsCompany:

DevflovvShift: Canadian time zone (rotational shifts)

Days: Monday – Friday (may vary based on shift rotation)

Location: LDA Avenue, Raiwand Road Lahore (Onsite)
