IT Support Engineer

Job description:

We’re Hiring: Network & System Administrator | Al Haramain Perfumes

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Network & System Administrator to manage and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network systems (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, routers, switches)
• Monitor network and system performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Manage servers and operating systems (Windows Server & Linux)
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access via Active Directory
• Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Implement cybersecurity measures (antivirus, firewalls, updates, backups)
• Configure and manage DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing
• Perform regular data backups and support disaster recovery planning
• Maintain virtualization environments (e.g., VMware)
• Document IT processes, configurations, and system updates
• Plan and execute system and network upgrades

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 3–6 years experience in IT/Network Administration
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Experience with VMware & server environments
• Certifications (CCNA, Network+) are a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• U.A.E driver's license (preferred)

Location: Ajman, UAE

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
