IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support

Job Description:

Right Grafix is on the lookout for a dedicated IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our staff and ensuring that all IT systems function smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues reported by end users.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues and assist with software installations.
• Document support activities and maintain an inventory of IT assets.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve performance and reliability of systems.
• Train staff on basic IT protocols and assist with onboarding of new employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar desktop support role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and basic networking principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Salary:

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from 55 -* 110 QAR*, based on experience and qualifications.
