Core Responsibilities:

Technical Support

Provide on-site and remote IT support to clients

Fix issues with:

Computers and laptops

Printers and scanners

Software and operating systems

Network Support

Set up and troubleshoot:

Wi-Fi networks

Routers and switches

LAN connections

Ensure stable internet and network connectivity

System Maintenance

Install and configure:

Windows/Linux systems

Antivirus and security tools

Perform regular system updates and backups

User Support

Assist employees/customers with IT problems

Respond to helpdesk tickets

Provide simple training on software usage

ELV / Hardware Support

Install and maintain:

CCTV systems

Access control systems

Office security equipment

Documentation

Maintain service reports

Log issues and solutions

Update client IT inventory

Pay: From RO650.000 per month

Work Location: In person
