Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement
• Collect and interpret data to support decision-making and efficiency initiatives
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows
• Monitor KPIs and recommend strategies to optimize productivity
• Support project planning and execution with accurate data insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
