Field Operator / Plant Operator (OQ Group)

A_ Field/Plant Operator _at OQ works directly in oil, gas, refinery, or petrochemical facilities, ensuring smooth and safe operations of equipment and production systems.

Core Responsibilities:

Monitor and control machinery, pipelines, and production equipment

Ensure operations follow strict safety and environmental standards

Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance

Identify and troubleshoot operational problems

Record data (logs, readings, incidents) accurately

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Coordinate with engineers and control room teams

Skills & Requirements:

Technical diploma or vocational training (mechanical, electrical, process)

Experience with industrial equipment (pumps, valves, compressors)

Knowledge of safety procedures (very important in oil & gas)

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work shifts (including night shifts)

Pay: From RO2,000.000 per month
