Job Description:
Marafeq Trading & Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Petroleum Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage petroleum operations at our Knowledge Oasis Muscat (KOM) facility in Oman. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations while supervising field activities and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily petroleum operations and field activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
• Monitor production processes and operational performance
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and logistics teams
• Conduct inspections and ensure proper handling of petroleum products
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
• Prepare operational reports and submit updates to management
• Train and supervise operational staff and field workers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in petroleum operations or oil and gas supervision
• Strong knowledge of petroleum production processes and safety standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure industrial environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
