IT Support Engineer / Network AdministratorWe are looking for a reliable IT Support Engineer / Network Administrator to maintain our IT systems, provide technical support, and ensure smooth network operations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues</li><li>Install and configure desktops, laptops, and printers</li><li>Manage users and permissions in Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Office 365), and Azure</li><li>Maintain and monitor LAN/WAN networks</li><li>Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs</li><li>Perform system updates, backups, and security checks</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Degree/Diploma in IT or related field</li><li>2+ years of relevant experience</li><li>Knowledge of Office 365, Azure</li><li>Experience with Windows Server and network troubleshooting</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>Prefer female candidate</li><li>Valid UAE driving license</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
