Location: Main Road Korangi #02, HBL Building, 2nd Floor (Near Askari Bank)

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Executive to manage and maintain the technological infrastructure of our office. The ideal candidate should be able to troubleshoot technical issues, provide on-site and remote support, and ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (primarily Windows) and essential software.
• Perform software cracking and license activation where necessary (for internal use only).
• Set up and manage local area networks (LAN), connecting multiple laptops and devices.
• Enable secure data sharing and interconnectivity across devices within the office.
• Configure and manage RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) setups for remote screen and data access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
• Regular maintenance of laptops, systems, and peripherals (printers, routers, switches).
• Ensure system security, backups, and data protection protocols are in place.
• Assist in IT-based needs for development teams or staff-related tech issues.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Provide technical support to staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Create basic documentation and records of all IT setups and processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong understanding of Windows installation, networking, and system configuration.
• Experience with RDP, LAN setups, and software management.
• Knowledge of basic cybersecurity and data safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT responsibilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Fast learner and quick responder to technical challenges.
