IT Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

· Hands-on experience in LAN / WAN Infrastructure.

· Hands-on experience with manageable / non-manageable switches.

· Troubleshoot / Fixing network faults.

· Providing Technical support to users.

· Installing new software, MS Office, Windows 10/11 installation.

· Installing/troubleshooting new hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.)

· Installation and troubleshooting of CCTV / NVR / DVR.

· Day-to-day administration and monitoring of network.

· MS Active Directory, Office 365 Email services, complaint/Ticketing management of ISP, backups and related technologies and software’s, SAN/NAS, Antivirus, File/Print servers, VMWare/Hyper-V, DNS, Operating System Updates, Performance tuning and Business Continuity.

Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

· Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in Physical Network Infrastructure. (CCNA / MCSE would be a plus.)
