IT Support Executive

We are looking for a skilled and reliable IT Support Technician to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to end-users to ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks
• Provide technical support to users (onsite and remote)
• Troubleshoot system, network, and hardware issues
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and security
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
• Maintain records of issues and solutions (helpdesk/ticketing system)
• Support printers, scanners, and other office equipment
• Ensure data backup and system recovery processes are in place
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, and basic cybersecurity
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and common business applications
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR2,333.00 per month
