IT Support Executive-North

Location: Lahore

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties and responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:

  • Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support via calls and emails
  • Perform initial troubleshooting to identify the root cause by eliminating step-by-step possible root causes of the incident
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Maintain ownership of restaurant technical issues and services, ensuring they receive resolution within a committed timeline.
  • Perform comprehensive root cause analysis and advise on how to avoid such incidents in the future
  • Record incident resolution in the system and communicate to all managers.
  • Document knowledge in the form of a knowledge base, tech notes and articles
  • Responsible for installation, administration, and testing of operating systems, software, switches, cabling, and other related network components/equipment under the guidance of the Team Lead per standards.
  • Assists the Network team in developing, monitoring, and implementing network security procedures for safeguarding all networking systems.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a support role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
