Location: Lahore
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties and responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:
- Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support via calls and emails
- Perform initial troubleshooting to identify the root cause by eliminating step-by-step possible root causes of the incident
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain ownership of restaurant technical issues and services, ensuring they receive resolution within a committed timeline.
- Perform comprehensive root cause analysis and advise on how to avoid such incidents in the future
- Record incident resolution in the system and communicate to all managers.
- Document knowledge in the form of a knowledge base, tech notes and articles
- Responsible for installation, administration, and testing of operating systems, software, switches, cabling, and other related network components/equipment under the guidance of the Team Lead per standards.
- Assists the Network team in developing, monitoring, and implementing network security procedures for safeguarding all networking systems.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science.
- At least 2 years of experience in a support role.

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
