Overview
We are looking for an IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance to our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle remote support in a fast-paced environment. Night shift/US shift availability is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to US clients via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, network, VPN, printers, and system performance
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Monitor system alerts and respond to incidents in a timely manner
- Document issues, resolutions, and maintain logs in the ticketing tool
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of client users (account setup, access management)
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers when necessary
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, and basic networking
- Familiarity with Remote Desktop tools and ticketing systems
- Excellent English communication skills (US client interaction mandatory)
- Ability to work in US shifts/night shifts
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
