Overview

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance to our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle remote support in a fast-paced environment. Night shift/US shift availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to US clients via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, network, VPN, printers, and system performance
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
  • Monitor system alerts and respond to incidents in a timely manner
  • Document issues, resolutions, and maintain logs in the ticketing tool
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of client users (account setup, access management)
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers when necessary
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, and basic networking
  • Familiarity with Remote Desktop tools and ticketing systems
  • Excellent English communication skills (US client interaction mandatory)
  • Ability to work in US shifts/night shifts
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
