We are urgently hiring IT Support Lead for for one of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate IT support staff to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Provide second-level support for operating systems, network connectivity, and enterprise applications (including ERP/SAP).
- Ensure backup, security, and recovery of user systems and critical data.
- Monitor server rooms, data center environment, and network performance to ensure uptime and compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and network-related services.
- Assist in system upgrades, patch management, preventive maintenance, and disaster recovery activities.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and incident logs.
- Enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards across the organization.
- Support plant/office systems integration and ensure smooth IT operations during shifts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of IT support experience in a manufacturing Industry.
- Prior experience supervising or leading IT support teams is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Salary: UP TO 90K
