IT Support Lead

We are urgently hiring IT Support Lead for for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate IT support staff to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Provide second-level support for operating systems, network connectivity, and enterprise applications (including ERP/SAP).
• Ensure backup, security, and recovery of user systems and critical data.
• Monitor server rooms, data center environment, and network performance to ensure uptime and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and network-related services.
• Assist in system upgrades, patch management, preventive maintenance, and disaster recovery activities.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and incident logs.
• Enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards across the organization.
• Support plant/office systems integration and ensure smooth IT operations during shifts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of IT support experience in a manufacturing Industry.
• Prior experience supervising or leading IT support teams is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Salary: UP TO 90K
