IT Support (Level 1)

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (On-site)

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST

Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems and servers.

Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory (AD).

Assist in deploying new systems, updates, and IT infrastructure changes.

Maintain documentation of technical issues, resolutions, and procedures.

Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth IT operations.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related roles.

Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, and basic networking concepts.

Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Willingness to work onsite in Karachi.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or similar) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
