IT Support Manager & Network Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT operations, infrastructure, and security. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in networking, system administration, and cybersecurity, with proven experience managing enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, and support teams.
• Oversee network configuration, performance, and security.
• Manage system security, firewalls, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Administer Active Directory, GPOs, user access, and identity management.
• Maintain Windows Server environments and virtualization systems.
• Implement IT policies, security standards, and compliance controls.
• Manage vendors, IT procurement, and software/hardware assets.
• Provide top-level technical escalation and ensure system uptime.

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and system/network management.
• Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPNs).
• Hands-on expertise with firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Sophos, or similar).
• Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and network hardening.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) preferred.
• Cloud experience (Azure/AWS) is an advantage.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent troubleshooting and leadership skills.
• Strong documentation, planning, and communication abilities.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, Security+) preferred.

Network Administrator (6–10 Years Experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator to maintain and secure our enterprise network infrastructure. This role requires strong hands-on experience with routing, switching, firewalls, and system security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance, uptime, and security events.
• Configure and maintain VPNs, VLANs, IDS/IPS, and access controls.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Perform regular backups, patching, and system updates.
• Conduct security assessments and implement best practices.
• Maintain documentation for network configurations and policies.

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of experience in network administration.
• Strong expertise in routing, switching, VLANs, and network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto).
• Solid understanding of system and network security.
• Strong command of Windows Server & AD administration.
• Experience with virtualization or cloud is a plus.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, Security+ preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
