IT Support Manager & Network Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Support Manager & Network Administrator to lead our IT operations, manage network infrastructure, and ensure system security. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support, networking, system administration, and cybersecurity, with proven ability to manage enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations, support, and network management.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPNs, and VLANs.
• Administer firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Sophos, Palo Alto, or similar) and ensure network security.
• Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
• Implement identity and access management, security controls, and compliance standards.
• Perform system backups, patch management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V) and cloud services (Azure/AWS preferred).
• Handle IT procurement, vendor management, and asset lifecycle.
• Provide technical escalation support and ensure maximum system uptime.
• Maintain proper documentation of infrastructure, network configurations, and IT policies.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, and network management.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VPNs, and enterprise networking.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls and cybersecurity best practices.
• Solid expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
