IT Support Officer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Officer with hands-on experience in networking, CCTV systems, software and hardware support, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing timely support to end-users. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Network Management: • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure. • Configure routers, switches, and firewalls. • Ensure network security and uptime. • CCTV Surveillance Systems: • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and NVR/DVR systems. • Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues. • Coordinate with vendors for CCTV system upgrades or repairs. • Software & Hardware Support: • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals. • Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications. • Diagnose and resolve system and hardware-related issues. • Procurement & Vendor Coordination: • Identify IT equipment needs and prepare purchase requests. • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for quotations, deliveries, and maintenance contracts. • Evaluate vendor performance and maintain records of IT assets and purchases. • General IT Administration: • Maintain documentation for network setups, IT policies, and configurations. • Ensure data backup, antivirus protection, and software licensing compliance. • Support internal teams with any IT-related requirements. ⸻ Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • 2–3 years of proven experience in IT support or similar role. • Strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting. • Experience in managing and maintaining CCTV systems. • Hands-on experience with both hardware and software troubleshooting. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
