We’re looking for an energetic and proactive IT Support Officer who can efficiently manage day-to-day technical support tasks and ensure smooth IT operations across the workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system or network problems, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Support network monitoring, internet connectivity, and basic server maintenance.
• Help with user account setups, access rights, and permissions.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and issue logs.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related needs.
• Ensure the proper functioning of routers, switches, printers, and backup systems.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or technical assistance.
• Good understanding of Windows and macOS environments.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and standard enterprise tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
