IT Support Officer

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7

We are hiring an experienced and proactive IT Support to support daily IT operations and ensure smooth system functionality across the organization. Candidates with prior experience in the healthcare sector will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and networking issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment
• Monitor and troubleshoot system and network performance
• Manage email accounts, user access, and system permissions
• Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance and procurement
• Ensure timely data backups and basic cybersecurity compliance
• Support ERP/software operations and user assistance when required

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant IT support experience
• Healthcare industry experience will be preferred
• Strong knowledge of Windows systems, networking, and troubleshooting
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
