We are looking for a competent female IT Support Officer to manage day-to-day IT operations, maintain systems, support internal users, and oversee essential IT applications including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM. The candidate should be versatile and capable of handling a broad range of IT responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage user lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, role changes) within Microsoft 365.Assign, monitor, and optimize Microsoft 365 licenses. Enforce Conditional Access, MFA, and security compliance across all users. Regularly monitor Secure Score and implement recommendations.
SharePoint & Teams Management: Manage SharePoint sites: structure, permissions, access governance. Create and manage new SharePoint communication and team sites as needed. Maintain Microsoft Teams hygiene (archiving, security, guest access policies).Device Management via Intune Enroll, configure, and monitor all company devices via Microsoft Intune. Ensure device compliance policies are applied and maintained. Implement remote wipe, device reset, and lost device protocols.
Security & Compliance: Administer and update retention policies, sensitivity labels, and DLP (Data Loss Prevention) rules. Monitor security dashboards and respond to risk alerts (sign-ins, devices, compliance breaches).Coordinate periodic security audits and assist in preparing for compliance reviews.
Automation & Process Improvement: Build and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline IT processes (e.g., onboarding approvals, automated notifications).Create and update IT SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for recurring tasks. Propose and implement automation projects to reduce manual admin work.IT Projects & Strategic Improvements Lead small-to-medium scale internal IT improvement projects (e.g., SharePoint restructuring, backup policy updates).Participate in IT strategy meetings and contribute actionable improvement plans. Identify opportunities for cost optimization (licensing, subscriptions, vendor contracts).
End-User Support and Training: Act as primary IT support contact for users (first and second-line support).Deliver occasional internal training sessions (e.g., SharePoint best practices, cybersecurity awareness).
Backup & Disaster Recovery: Manage and test data backup procedures for Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange).Maintain and periodically test Disaster Recovery Plans and Business Continuity Plans.
