IT Support - PC Deployment

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to support a large-scale PC refresh and deployment initiative across dealership locations in the Raleigh, NC area. This role will be part of a field-based team responsible for preparing, imaging, and deploying new PCs as part of a technology rollout across approximately 30 dealership locations.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone experienced with PC imaging, device deployment, and supporting end-user environments at scale.

**Field-based role with local travel. Will be reimbursed for mileage.

Key Responsibilities

• Image, configure, and prepare new PCs for deployment

• Stage and organize devices for transport to dealership locations

• Travel to local dealership sites to install and deploy PCs on-site

• Ensure systems are properly configured, connected, and ready for end users

• Support a large-scale PC refresh across approximately 400 devices

• Complete roughly 20 PC deployments per week

• Troubleshoot deployment or configuration issues as needed

• Coordinate with IT leadership and site contacts during deployments

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in L2 or L3 IT support or advanced desktop support

• Strong hands-on experience with PC imaging and device deployment

• Experience supporting PC refresh or large-scale device rollout projects

• Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills

• Ability to travel locally between dealership locations in the Raleigh area

• Comfortable working independently in field environments
