Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology or a related field,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Turkish is a plus,
• At least 1 year of experience in retail store processes,
• Experience with POS / cash register systems such as HP, NCR, Toshiba, etc.,
• Knowledge of networking, operating systems, and peripheral devices (printers, barcode scanners, handheld terminals, LED screens, etc.),
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to work as a team player,
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to provide effective end-user support,
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal communication skills,
• Dynamic and adaptable to flexible working hours,
• Willing to participate in team trainings and open to knowledge sharing.

Responsibilites:

• Providing customer support to stores by logging, tracking, and resolving technical issues and requests received via the Help Desk within defined SLA timeframes, and escalating them to relevant departments when necessary.
• Delivering Level 1 support for IT hardware-related issues and escalating cases to Level 2 specialists as required.
• Handling and resolving Level 1 support calls related to back-office software used in stores, and escalating unresolved issues to Level 2 specialists when necessary.
• Possessing knowledge of basic software installation and usage, including office applications and existing ERP systems.
• Ensuring continuity and stability of applications and systems used in stores, and performing needs analysis when required.
• Providing Level 1 support for cash register/POS and payment system-related calls, and escalating them to Level 2 specialists when necessary.
