Customer Support & Sales

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to promote and sell truck dispatch services to owner-operators and trucking companies. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, explaining dispatch services, and closing sales to help grow the company’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and prospect new clients, including owner-operators and fleet owners

· Present and explain truck dispatch services, pricing, and benefits clearly to potential clients

· Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and referrals

· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

· Understand client needs and recommend suitable dispatch service packages

· Follow up with prospects to close sales and onboard new clients

· Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client information

· Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Stay informed about trucking industry trends and competitors

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition (dispatch or logistics experience is a plus)

· Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

· Ability to explain services in a clear and professional manner

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

· Comfortable making outbound calls and follow-ups

· Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets)

· Knowledge of the trucking and logistics industry is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience selling truck dispatch, freight brokerage, or logistics services

· Existing contacts in the trucking industry

· Familiarity with owner-operator business needs
