Key Responsibilities:

• End-user support: Troubleshoot Windows machine issues, Wi-Fi connectivity, and basic hardware/software problems
• System setup: Prepare and configure new Windows laptops, set up email accounts, and ensure security measures are in place
• Network & LAN support: Assist with LAN setup, basic networking tasks, and troubleshooting
• Active Directory & Domain Controller: Manage user accounts, group policies, and resolve technical issues
• VDI support: Support end-users in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments
• Inventory management: Maintain IT equipment inventory and ensure everything is properly tracked
• Security & compliance: Help implement and maintain system security measures
• Continuous improvement: Provide ideas for improving scalability, security, and cost-efficiency within the IT infrastructure

Nice to Have:

• Linux skills and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, OCI)
• Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, or CCNA
• A passion for system design, scalability, security, and cost management
• A creative R\&D mindset to improve existing setups

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in IT support (Windows OS, Active Directory, email setup, network troubleshooting, CCTV)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Hands-on experience with VDI, inventory management, and basic networking
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
