Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Location: Karachi (Onsite)
Schedule: 6 Days a Week - Night Shift

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable wearing many hats—handling everything from day-to-day technical support to systems administration, cybersecurity, networking, cloud management, and strategic IT planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure environments, including tenant configurations.
• Provide Level 1–3 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of critical systems.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery procedures, and system updates.
• Implement security best practices across all systems.
• Monitor for vulnerabilities, threats, and unauthorized access.
• Maintain compliance with data protection and security standards.
• Manage and support cloud services.
• Administer virtual machines, storage solutions, and cloud-based applications.
• Lead and execute IT projects from planning to deployment.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements.
• Manage IT vendors, procurement, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
• Develop IT policies, SOPs, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in a broad IT role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Solid understanding of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs.
• Experience with server administration, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, monitoring tools, and risk mitigation.
• Experience supporting both remote and on-site teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and workstation setups.

Requirements:

Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure & Tenants Management
Experience in IT support & troubleshooting (hardware/software/network)
Ability to work night shifts (onsite in Karachi)
Knowledge of cloud security and infrastructure management is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
