IT Support Specialist

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support needs
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Provision, configure, and deploy endpoints for users
  • Support onboarding/offboarding, account setup, and access changes
  • Follow IT standards, document resolutions, and contribute to knowledge articles
  • Maintain a secure, stable, and user‑friendly IT environment

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support
  • Associate degree, relevant certification, or equivalent training
  • Working knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation
  • Ability to lift 10–50 lbs occasionally

Work Environment:

This role follows a hybrid schedule:
In office Tuesdays & Thursdays, with WFH available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Some after‑hours availability may be required for system issues or urgent operational needs.
