Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of our company’s IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and resolve technical issues promptly
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Support operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and other workplace applications
- Install and maintain software including Microsoft Office applications
- Monitor and maintain company networks, internet connectivity, and system security
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance
- Document IT issues, solutions, and support activities
- Assist in implementing new technologies and IT solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or technical support roles
- Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and operating systems
- Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN networks and basic cybersecurity practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Must be currently residing in Bahrain
- Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience with IT helpdesk systems and ticketing tools
- Familiarity with network configuration and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of server administration and cloud services
