IT Support Specialist – On-Site (Dallas, TX)
We’re seeking a high-potential IT Support Specialist to join our Dallas-based team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical aptitude with excellent communication skills, and who is eager to grow their career in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. You’ll serve as a key partner to the business, delivering responsive, high-quality support while continuously improving the end-user experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT support, delivering timely and professional assistance across multiple channels
- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues, primarily within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Manage and prioritize support requests through Jira Service Management, ensuring a high standard of service delivery
- Support core business applications, including ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro
- Partner with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical challenges
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements, documentation, and overall help desk efficiency
What You Bring:
- 2–4+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic setting
- Polished communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in developing technical expertise
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Jira Service Management, and similar platforms preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CCNA) are a plus
