Position Summary:
3Cware LLC is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across hardware, software, and network environments. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory or similar systems
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, and network devices
• Support onboarding and offboarding of employees (setup, access, equipment)
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures, issues, and resolutions
• Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
• Perform routine system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware (PCs, printers, routers, etc.)
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management practices
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft) are a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Microsoft 365 admin center)
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
• Experience in corporate or multi-site environments

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR650,000.00 per year
