Position Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and manage daily IT support operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to support end-users while ensuring system reliability. The IT Support Specialist will play a key role in maintaining Ensivo Solutions LLC’s reputation for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
• Assist employees with system usage, installations, and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, incidents, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Support compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports on IT support performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s IT regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or technical assistance.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting, and support processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, IT support tools, and ticketing systems.
• Certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, or Microsoft are an advantage.
