IT Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity)
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage user accounts, emails, and access rights (Active Directory / ERP systems)
• Ensure data backup, recovery, and system security protocols are properly implemented
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and resolve issues timely
• Maintain IT inventory including hardware, software licenses, and accessories
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance
• Assist in ERP system support and troubleshooting (if applicable)
• Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with company policies
• Prepare IT reports and maintain documentation of systems and processes
• Support installation and maintenance of CCTV, biometric, and attendance systems (plant-specific)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support / system administration
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
