Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a passionate Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate will assist customers through phone, email, and chat, providing accurate product information, handling queries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role involves guiding customers about our nutraceutical products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, DVM, or Food Science

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via phone calls, emails, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on the use, benefits, and suitability of our nutraceutical products.
  • Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of product formulations, ingredients, and benefits to provide accurate and reliable information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to relay customer insights and suggestions for service and product improvements.
  • Ensure all communication adheres to company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and analyze customer interaction reports to identify common issues and improvement opportunities.
