Night Shift Sales Agent / Dispatcher (US Campaign)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Agent / Dispatcher to join our team for a US-based campaign. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, manage dispatch operations, and ensure excellent service delivery during night hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Coordinate and dispatch services efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets (for sales roles)
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Experience in call center, sales, or dispatch (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work night shifts (US time zone)
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
