Requirements and Skills

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
• Technical Skills: Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
• Sales Generation: Meeting or exceeding daily/monthly sales targets and promoting special offers.
• Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, features, and benefits.
• Store Maintenance: Restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and keeping the store clean.
• Transactions: Processing payments using POS systems, handling cash, and managing returns/exchanges.
• Inventory Assistance: Participating in inventory counts and receiving new shipments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
