Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Al Rayyan. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to end-users
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment
• Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution
• Support system updates, patches, and routine maintenance
• Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures and solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance and user experience

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking fundamentals, and common enterprise tools
• Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service orientation
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications) are an advantage
