What You’ll Do

• Provide first-line and second-line technical support to internal users and clients
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access
• Respond to helpdesk tickets via email, chat, and ticketing system
• Support Windows OS, basic networking, and common business applications
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles (entry to mid-level accepted)
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking
• Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware/software issues
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
• Customer-focused attitude and patience in handling technical issues

Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• Standard office hours (Sunday–Thursday)
• Based on-site in Muscat office
