Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot system, network, and application problems promptly
• Respond to support requests via email, phone, or ticketing systems
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates
• Support basic network infrastructure (LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
• Document issues, solutions, and IT procedures
• Assist in implementing security measures and data protection practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, Help Desk Technician, or Technical Support Engineer
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and system diagnostics
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is an advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus
• Experience supporting cloud-based tools or services
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
