Job Summary:
Wibow Technology LLC is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team in Al Rayyan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring optimal performance of hardware and software across the organization. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
• Monitor system performance and ensure network security and efficiency
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference
• Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments
• Collaborate with other departments to support business operations
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper usage

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
• Experience with help desk ticketing systems
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
