IT Support Specialist

Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Location: Doha Onsite
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
  • Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are implemented and maintained
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure
  • Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and IT assets
  • Support email systems, including Microsoft Office 365
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking concepts
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and common business applications
  • Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are an advantage
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
