Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are implemented and maintained
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure
- Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and IT assets
- Support email systems, including Microsoft Office 365
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and common business applications
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are an advantage
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
