  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. This includes fixing "blue screen" errors, connectivity drops, and software crashes.
  • System Deployment: Setting up and configuring new workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, docking stations).
  • User Support: "ticketing system" to track daily and resolve user requests.
  • Security Management: Resetting passwords, managing multi-factor authentication (MFA), and ensuring antivirus software is up to date.
  • Documentation: Creating "how-to" guides for common issues to help users solve minor problems independently.
  • Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and occasionally Linux.
  • Networking Basics: Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi configuration.
  • Cloud Productivity: Experience managing Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Hardware Knowledge: Ability to replace RAM, hard drives, or troubleshoot internal components.
