Position Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to oversee and manage daily IT support operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate between employees, clients, and internal teams. The IT Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT workflows and maintaining Roshan Maharjan LLC’s reputation for excellence in technology services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Liaise with employees and clients to ensure effective IT communication.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, incidents, and resolutions.
• Support system upgrades, security protocols, and compliance initiatives.
• Prepare IT performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s IT regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or technical assistance.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, IT support tools, and ticketing systems.
• Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are an advantage.
